On 11 October, our colleague Ing. Pavel Novotný was invited as a guest to attend the famous event Pecha Kucha Night Pilsen. The Pilsen Region regularly holds this event in collaboration with the “Ateliér k světu” association. This year, it took place at the Techmania Science Center with the appropriate subheading “Science Edition”.
Pecha Kucha Night is designed to bring long-closed spaces back to life and discover areas, with talks given by inspiring figures in the fields of science, research, and innovation from the given region and beyond.
One of our machine learning and artificial intelligence experts, Pavel Novotny, spoke about the SentiSquare No-Code NLP platform and explained how it differs from generative AI.
Other guests who spoke at the event included Miroslav Holeček, Rector Emeritus of ZČU, Anna Krebsová, an award-winning member of the LASAR team, researchers from RTI ZČU, Mr. and Mrs. Zetka, and Karel Jedlička, an expert in geomatics and geoinformatics from ZČU.
Aside from the lectures, Pecha Kucha Night visitors could also listen to guided tours and watch science shows or busking scenes.
We’re grateful SentiSquare could be part of this successful event that’s continued now for more than 10 years.
