On 12 June 2024, the first edition of the SLOVAK CONTACT CENTER FORUM conference took place in the Saffron Hotel in Bratislava. SentiSquare was a proud partner of the conference. The event’s theme was “The Voice of the Customer in the Digital Era” and it was organised by the ADMEZ Association, which has put on the Czech Call Centre Conference for more than twenty years.
This meeting aimed to map the contact centre industry in Slovakia and use lectures and case studies to discuss customer communication and its development under the influence of artificial intelligence. Speakers also spoke about well-being as part of long-term performance, and there was a panel discussion called “Experience with the new telecommunications law”.
The speakers were representatives from internal and external contact centres and other companies, who had prepared many interesting topics to discuss. They talked about human potential, artificial intelligence, customer care, and selling over the phone (and in other ways) and even presented case studies. The conference included 8 partner booths, where intensive networking about new technological gadgets took place. SentiSquare were there to present its No-Code NLP Platform, the well-known, cutting-edge analytics and automation platform for customer service and call centres. Participants were also entertained with word games, a competition for great prizes, and varied catering.
The SentSsquare team is very grateful to the organisers, the ADMEZ Association, for the opportunity to attend the conference as their partners. Even though this was the first time the SLOVAK CONTACT CENTER FORUM was held, it aroused great interest among participants, and we were no exception. In addition to the enriching lectures, we appreciated the pleasant atmosphere and the inspiring meetings with people across different fields. We recommend the conference to everyone and will definitely see you at the next edition!
