On 4 June 2024, the Czech-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry organised a webinar with SentiSquare on “Secure AI in the corporate environment for evaluating customer communications”. Its aim was to introduce the audience to a tool that understands and converts unstructured data into valuable business information.
Many companies come into contact with an enormous amount of calls, emails, texts, and customer feedback on a daily basis. However, for most of them, it isn’t realistic to analyse all the communication with their clients, which can result in missing out on useful information. Therefore, SentiSquare has developed a tool that understands and processes data at a high level in all languages, providing insight into the themes and contexts that are present. This is the No-Code NLP Platform, which was presented by SentiSquare CEO Tomas Brychcin during the webinar.
He introduced the audience not only to the theory of how the platform functions but also provided real-world examples. The data analysis and automation that SentiSquare AI offers leads to resource savings and releasing agents from routine work, while also providing a comprehensive view of customer communications.
At the same time, the webinar included a comparison of current AI approaches. Tomáš Brychcín presented the difference between pre-trained language models and those that are, as is the case with SentiSquare, tailor-made for each customer and data type. Those that are built according to individual needs bring a huge advantage – their success rate is close to that of actual humans. In addition, the No-Code NLP Platform allows models to be created without needing to know how to program or have expert NLP knowledge.
