Das SentiSquare-Team nahm im Herbst an der renommierten Fachmesse in Hamburg teil, die sich mit Künstlicher Intelligenz im Kundenservice, Digitalisierung und Innovation befasste. Das Konferenzprogramm konzentrierte sich auf die Zukunft der Kundenbetreuung, einschließlich Innovationen in KI-Tools, Chatbots, Automatisierung und der Balance zwischen digitaler und menschlicher Interaktion.
We had a booth at the event where you could meet our CEO, Tomas Brychcin, and the Head of Business Development, Peter Kesch. They introduced the SentiSquare No-Code NLP platform to attendees, showed a live demo, and discussed with interested parties their individual needs and how our platform could support their business development. That’s because the platform can turn unstructured text into valuable insights with zero IT skills required. It helps teams easily automate and analyse customer communications.
We view Service Summit 2024 as being very beneficial and successful. We were part of many interesting discussions and enriching sessions, which is why we’ve decided to attend again this year. The trade fair will be held again in Hamburg from 19 to 20 November 2025. We look forward to more valuable presentations on advanced innovative technologies, such as AI-enabled customer support tools, intelligent chatbots, and voice AI applications.
In addition, this year’s conference will combine the topics of customer service and sales, which means an even bigger and busier agenda.
