It meaningfully connects the private, public, academic, and non-profit sectors with opportunities and changes for the improved future of our country. We’re proud to have become its members in March 2025.

The SentiSquare team attended the prestigious Hamburg trade fair in the autumn, which dealt with artificial intelligence in customer service, digitalisation, and innovation. The conference programme focused on the future of customer care, including innovations in AI tools, chatbots, automation, and balancing digital with human touch.

On 25 June 2024, SentiSquare and its partners, the speech technology professionals at Phonexia, organised an expert conference on innovations and methods of evaluating calls using AI. The event was held at the Impact Hub in Prague and was attended by representatives from call centres, telesales departments, and customer service and other AI technology enthusiasts.
